We offer support to our customers either on an ad-hoc basis, paid hourly, telephone, remote or on-site, or you may take out a support agreement with us. For a small monthly fee this gives you priority access to support for Sage Accounts or Payroll software, both by phone and via remote login. Site visits if required are extra, charged at our normal hourly rates.
